• Schedule monthly virtual meetings and quarterly in-person workshops.
• Establish a mentorship programme pairing experienced practitioners with newer members.
  
• Develop and host monthly webinars, Q&A sessions, and interactive tutorials.
  
• Organise annual hackathons, competitions, and social gatherings. 
• Invite other CoPs to meetings and talks. Promote coherence between CoPs.
  
• Create a repository of best practices, case studies, and technical documents.
• Develop a professional write-up of the Body of Knowledge (BoK).
