The Planning & Scheduling CoP is dedicated to developing robust project schedules, strategies for allocating resources and optimizing timelines. You’ll gain access to best practices and get the chance to collaborate with experts to keep your projects on track and achieve operational excellence.

2025 Strategy:

• Develop good practice guides
• Facilitate expert speakers on planning subjects
• Establish a Quarterly Community Forum for sharing challenges, solutions, and innovation in planning. 
• Share insights into emerging technology that may improve Planning and Scheduling activities 
• Investigate joint events with other CoPs
• Utilise the Planning Community of Practice LinkedIn Group for centralising resources, discussions, and updates. 
• Develop material for inclusion on the CoP home page of the CaSA website. 
• Produce articles for CaSA members newsletter featuring trends, case studies, and insights. 
• Use interactive formats such as webinars with key industry speakers and CaSA Regional meeting events to engage membership.
• Build a committee of committed members to run and deliver CoP activities
