Join us at Risk Vision's Brighton offices where they will focus on Building and Maintaining a Proactive Risk Culture, a key challenge every project and programme risk team can relate to!
 
Risk Vision will lead the workshop, using AI to bring to life some of those tricky personas we’ve all encountered in project and programme environments. After that, we’ll split into working groups to explore practical ways to tackle the challenges they present.
 
To round things off, we’ll head upstairs for networking drinks at their office rooftop bar, a nice chance to catch up and share ideas in a relaxed setting.
